Got my wax cube lit and hardwood charcoal over it. getting ready to close it up and get the airflow where I want it for my temp.

Turned on my Igrill and battery was dead! Went to Rouses to also see if they had 12/21 Envie and had October turds on the shelf and no battery.
Back home, Igrill working again. Pork going on:

Temp has been steady at 250.
I have been between 140-150 for an hour, the stall is real.
Dunno if I can wait for it to finish LOL.

Supposed to rain all day in Bham, so ribs might have to wait. Thinking of getting a tenderloin and slicing into medallions and doing something with those inside
