My dad lets my mom drive so he doesn't have to hear her objections to the way he drives. If we're both in the car and MrsWafer is driving it's usually because I'm drunk and she's DDing.

I think my husband purposely keeps the top panels off his jeep so that he can say "well we could go in my jeep, but then it will mess up your hair"(when we are already running late and don't have time to pop the panels back in place). Also...the lift on his jeep makes it not fun at all to try and climb up in it when I'm all dressed up in a dress and high heels.
So we usually go in mine...but we take turns driving.
