The state of Kansas has one of the best JUCO football systems in the country and Snyder was able to use that pipeline to his full advantage to build the K-State program.
While I tend to fall more in line with the above, it just amazes me that whenever he's not coaching K State they are full of the suck, he swoopes back in to save the program again, and low and behold, they become a decent program again. His second tenure to me has been pretty impressive.
