It's not unequivocally true for every child but I can promise you way too many kids of both races don't grow up knowing how to interact with others.

I know that seems farfetched but it's true. Lower class kids literally only interact with lower class kids. Same with their parents, so then the children are never put in position to interact with other kids from different socioeconomic backgrounds.

It's actually not at all. You'd be surprised. The same way that there are white people who have never interacted with a black person.
