Louisina is home to one of the worst legal climates in the country and JBE has made it worse going all in on the bullshite Jindal and Buddy Caldwell condoned and in some cases propagated. It's a judicial hellhole with rampant lawsuit abuse everywhere.

Businesses won't come here because job killing regulations and lawsuits are everywhere.

We need tort reform in Louisiana like you need a glass of water walking in the desert.

Ambulance chasers and trial lawyers are like pigs in shite in Louisiana. Hopefully the next Governor whether it be Graves or Landry will be like Rick Perry who unleashed hell on Earth in Texas for trial lawyers with his massive tort reform packages and the boom was on in Texas from that point thereon. The RINOs in the statehouse will have to be eliminated as well and I'm looking at Alario, Fannin and Martiny.

Vitter's tort reform would've saved this state and made the oil boom really kick into high gear.

That's a great regurgitation of LABI talking points, but do you have any particulars to share with us?

I'll even give you legacy lawsuits and the recent coastal suits, but can you offer anything else on how and why Louisiana is a judicial hellhole and why our legal climate keeps companies away?

yea, keep perpetuating that myth.

In the meantime, if companies would stop fricking over their workers, they wouldn't need to get sued.

Pretty simple.
