Do any of you guys have any experience with CCC, Mitchell, or Audatex?
Easy of use? Price? IT support? Any information would be appreciated.

I've used CCC and Mitchell's. Most people prefer CCC that I've talked to. From what I've heard it's easier to get the estimate to sync up to whatever the insurance adjuster writes. I prefer Mitchell's but that's because I'm more familiar with it.

It's been a few years since I've worked with either but IMO CCC was better than Audatex as far as the software itself as well as support.

I've heard that CCC is in cahoots with the insurance companies. Maybe that is why their numbers get close to the adjusters' numbers.
