the reality is that LSU is a team in transition while FSU and Jimbo are not. Sucks to lose the guy but we just hired a new OC while Jimbo and staff have been able to sell him on exactly what his role will be. It's not officially over so hopefully there's a chance!

Would love to get Akers but fortunately we've always been spoiled with great running backs and I don't see that changing anytime soon. Next man up if we don't get him. Etienne's gonna be a good one.

At least he is going outside of the SEC if he doesn't come to LSU. Would be nice if Harris did the same.
