Children imitate adults. By staying in an angry
marriage you are teaching your 3 kids to have angry marriages. Get divorced, find someone with whom you can create a happy home. And do this now while your kids still have a chance. Otherwise you will be responsible for all the shitty relationships they get into throughout their lives.

If OP wouldn't have gotten married at 21 when he was still obviously a complete dumbass, his problems would not exist today. But OP married using the wrong head and its taken him 15 years to figure it out.
My question is, how do you let it go 15 years, continue to have more kids to drag through this mess, and not realize this shite sooner? Did he seriously just figure this out recently?

Actually studies show that children raised by married parents (even if they're unhappy) fair much better than children of divorce
