The whole state votes for an area to become an ISD. If St George becomes a city then they would have to go through the process of getting this on the ballot. If it goes that far 9 out of 10 it will pass. The first thing in their favor people across this state hate the BR establishment. Second thing in their favor people have empathy for people fighting for better public schools across this state.

Passing a statewide vote is irrelevant. I never once said anything about a statewide vote being a hurdle. It's the parish vote that will trip you up due to the incorporation efforts. Why are SG supporters so blind to reality?
