Great story.
That day will probably always be one of the most difficult days of their lives.
But it had the potential to be not only terrible day, but a day that made every association with Disney World and Disney in general terrible as well.
Instead, while it probably won't take away the sadness, it will be a day that they can look back on as special and magical--a day to look back on with some comfort to offset that sadness.
And more importantly, hopefully they'll be able to look back on that and realize a bunch of random strangers--hidden by costumes--made them a priority. Instead of focusing on the crowds of happily cheering families, they took the time to comfort these two little girls.
It's those types of small moments where doing the right thing goes a long ways.
