He is playing the same type chess the recruits play. They say "I'm committed until things don't suit me". Remember Gunner Kiel and, last year, Feliepe Franks? They were committed until they weren't leaving Les high and dry. You'd like to trust the 18 year old players but if they are afraid of competition or philosophy maybe they should go elsewhere. I'd hate to have a job where my success is entirely dependent on the talents and, moreso, the whims of 18-22 year old "employees".
