Increasing costs on the producers usually increased costs on the consumers, regardless of their employment. Fact.
But hey focus on jobs in a job-dying industry, while likely increasing the cost on the consumers, and if that 5 million jobs continue to go unfilled. Really shows that you care about jobs.

This is a classic case of government thinking it knows what's best for the economy and being 50 years behind the cutting edge.
Trump is clueless on this. I don't understand this fascination with wanting to regress the manufacturing industry and the jobs market to the 1950s.
