Man, it is so good. I would need to fly to KC and Memphis and Austin to compare to my favorites, but best burnt ends I ever had.
I was first in line, ordered ave had my food in two minutes. I ordered to go because I had to be in mid city for 11:30 but I scarfed down most of it first.
The guy at the counter was great, service was good all around. A good crew he has there for sure.
I plan to be a regular.

Got the burnt ends plate at about 1130 with the spoonbread and the potato salad. I havent had a better bite of bbq in Louisiana ever.
Love the spoonbread, next time I'll order a side other than the potato salad.
Second time I've gotten the burnt end plate and it was fantastic both times.
I think I will treat bbq in new Orleans like I treat Vietnamese in Baton Rouge, meaning depending on what I want to get will decide where I go:
Brisket - Central City Bbq
Wings - Blue Oak
Ribs - Frey
