Less cardio, maybe no cardio. Lift, eat more. Seriously.

ETA: You're 160 pounds. If your stomach and chest are "problem areas" the solution isn't to lose more weight. You need to add muscle.

take up yoga in winter and swimming in summer. your chest will look great.
