Savings need to be through end of 2016. No word on start of '17; however it's normal operating procedures that this reduction continues through end of January, at the minimum.

I don't know how your group work

Most employees will assume that this correlates with management bonus structures

Rollover into next quarter equates to starting new year on best foot possible

Real talk. Let 2 people go. Rehire them in 2 months, if possible, as hourly employees.

If my company came to to us with this on an annual basis, it would take care of itself. People would walk with the quickness

Find yourself a couple outdoorsman to come in and they will be more than happy to take off Dec/Jan off every year with 7 weeks pto.
