No way it runs 90 much less 100, that 350 Verado is heavy and has a lot of drag with the size of the lower unit. Mid 80's at best would be my guess, if he wanted to go fast he'd have a 300X and hopped up XS on it.

I don't know. It might hit 90 with proper trim.
My bass boat is 19'6" with a 200 hp Yahama on it. My top speed is 71.
