This is getting comical.
Yeah, this isn't a requirement for the Tier 1 teams.
But in order for Penn State to have a shot at the playoff with two loses, they needed to do what....
The double standards.....too many to keep up with now...

Not have one of those losses to Pitt and the other a 39 point arse beating to the team you're ridiculing. That'd be a good start.
