We should just start breaking up the states into smaller states. Help eliminate the power of the concentrated democrats.
I have a feeling that if we add a 51st state, there will have to be a compromise that splits another state in half to even out the left/right stuff so we go with 52.
If we go Puerto Rico, and it looks like a Democratic state, take a chainsaw down the center of Texas. If PR looks Republican, there may be a state line running through the Fresno Valley.

No citizen's "vote" for president counts for more than any other. The EC is the vote. Deal with it.
