Its like Chick Fil A hires all the honor roll type students while other fast food places hire the 8th grade dropouts.
In my experience McDonalds has far better employees than Burger King and Wendy's.

Forgot about Wendys though, the ones around me are equally shitty as McD and BK. My local Taco Bell is pretty good though and Cane's employees are usually next best fast food workers behind Chick Fil a

Truth. And it says a lot about how awful the workers are at BK. I won't ever eat at those places.
CFA is always busy. One would think Wendy's might try the concept of having decent service, even if it means paying a dollar more per hour.
