I have no problem with Coach O, but clearly of the 3 he was the third option.
IMO it falls like this as far as raking the coaches.
1 Jimbo
2 Herman
3 O
How much of a difference there is between 1 and 3 remains to be seen and we may never have a full gauge because only 1 guy can coach LSU.
Who knows how or why Jimbo and Herman didn't end up with the job but I thing it suffice to say that if O was your guy all along the hiring would have happened before now.
