Unless you're in prison or still living with mommy and daddy, you're not stuck anywhere. If you think Pearland or anywhere in Texas is such a shite hole, then gtfo and move somewhere else. I was in League City (Just south of Pearland) for three years and that was preferable to any place in the Republic of Bananas. Hardly a shite hole. Houston was just too damn big, crowded and transport from point A to point B too difficult. There are definitely some things I miss about it though.
