I really think Alleva doesn't have a clue. They were absolutely going to pay Jimbo upwards of 7 mil. So you cap Herman at 5? Doesn't compute. Also he lied about saying the job was only offered to one person...O. That's complete BS
They had 2-3 offers for Sexton/Jimbo and they kept moving the goalposts on Joe. Joe got pissed and moved on to Herman and had a deal for 5 that was going to be inked Friday night. Armstrong leaked it and Joe got butthurt so I guess he didn't wanna help them get more $$ from Texas. But if you really wanted him, I mean really wanted him, when Armstrong calls at 5AM Saturday and says make it 6 and were on a plane down there you have to say yes and let the cards fall as they may
