I have the Drake "Walk In" backpack
Since the first 3 comments were on this I'll have to give it a look. Does it sit good? As in when you set it down, does it sit open where you can reach for shells easily? How about the water resistance?

jet sled/decoy sled: no way I could make the hunts I do without it.
I've been on hunts without one in the marsh... Brutal. Carrying decoys, guns, bags, and everything in between through thigh high mud for 100+ yard is a pain... Due to the simple fact that 2 trips are for pussies, the sled has saved me from becoming one.

fingerless wool gloves:
I tried a pair and it just didn't work for me. Might need to find a lighter pair with longer finger cutouts..

What didn't work? What issues did you have with them? I guess if I had short fingers they wouldn't work as well but I assume you can by smaller sizes if that's the case. And if it's warm enough not to need them, I rarely wear any gloves and if I do they are mesh gloves that I cut the fingers off of.
