Bloody Mary recipes

I'm doing Bloody Marys for the early start tomorrow. It's probably largely a matter of personal taste, but thought I would solicit everybody's thoughts on how to build the best one. Start from scratch with tomato juice or use a prepared mix? Favorite mixes: Zing Zang or something else? Add Worcestershire, horseradish, juice, spices to prepared mix? Etc. Thanks for any input.
