wonder why it took so long for someone to do this. At the end of the day they're a private company and can do what they want. But trying to pass themselves off as a media company you'd like them to be a little more objective.

Sounds like the twitter is violating civil rights.
As a public business they can't refuse service on the basis of race, etc...

If reviewed by the same reviewer then it would show that person's bias, not necessarily the whole companies. It is even possible that 2 different people reviewed the posts.
You would have to perform the exact experiment 1000s of times to show it is systemic.
Don't get me wrong it probably is but that single test doesn't show it.
