I never really pay attention to what people at the tables are me are doing. Not only do I not care, but I am usually talking to whoever I am with and just don't really notice. Unless they are at the table, on the phone, throwing shite and yelling to whoever they are talking to, I wouldn't even know if they were on their phone.
