God I wish I knew if you were real about this shite or trolling

Sometimes I think people are reading my text messages because of my brain making me paranoid and causing me to string unrelated events together

But I get my meds adjusted and those thoughts go away. I really shouldn't care. But if you're a real girl I want you to know that you can feel better
