This is happening in my hometown. My brother had a lunch business meeting with him within the past year or so and had a bad vibe. He said he talked about himself the whole time. Googled him before they took anything further and found out he was a sex offender. I have female friends that worked restaurant and bars in downtown Spartanburg that used to have a nickname for him "Creepy Todd". They say he was nice but just had a weird vibe like he was trying too hard. Didn't really have any friends and asked every girl he met out on a date (repeatedly if they said no).
The Superbike murders really were a cold case. There simply wasn't an explanation. Nothing stolen. Just four people taken out while they were doing their job. There are numerous cases that it appears he can be linked to now. Still don't know who the two graves could belong to.
