Because it's a combination? As you said, you're now paying $12k a year just for the gift of insurance but what if you actually have to use it? Now you're in for $17k that year. 2 people, now you're in for $22k. Etc.

Agreed. But these premiums are just coming to light in recent weeks, right? They should be jumping all over it though with ads and in his speeches. It's funny because I think from both sides people are saying you picked this election to put up this candidate? Hillary is un-trusted and not liked by the majority of people but Trump makes her look liked compared to him.
