Definitely gypsies. Sad thing is they had little kids in on it too.

Once I was behind some in the checkout line at Target (yes, I'm a poor). They kept confusing the cashier with questions about prices, suddenly claiming coupons, and constantly moving things around (can't tell if already checked or not). Once they paid for their merchandise (over $100), they took the full shopping cart back into the store where I'm sure the group, five or six, supplemented their purchase with other items they would claim they've already bought if questioned.
