Amazing that some people actually believe that keeping a lie going about how you don't like your wife's gumbo is acceptable.
What happens when something that actually matters comes up? What then? If you can't be honest about something as irrelevant as gumbo then I guess you just can't be honest about anything.
Should just go ahead and divorce her now. The marriage is doomed.
