I'm a big fan of the Filling Station. Brian and Brandy are great people and they've got some cool shops. Being that it's nestled off 12 South behind Edleys, it's a little more low key. Mafiaoza's and Taproom are both good spots. 12 South just kinda lost its appeal to me though.
