What's wrong with the Purdue job. Plenty of $$$. Great facilities outside of our stadium. Upgrades planned there too.

An established program isn't going to come calling to Fleck at this point. I don't understand what people don't get about that. Nobody in the BIG West has a recruiting class in the top 25. Fleck could come in, recruit well and conceivably have the most talented team in his division in 3 or 4 years. Where else in college football could he do that?

TV money puts us above pretty much any other job opening in the P5 outside of the SEC, and Fleck's first job won't be there.

6 years, $21 Mil guaranteed with another $2mil a year in incentives is what is on the table. What other job open this year can or will offer that to him? Where else would he go where he could succeed like former Purdue coaches have?

Our football has been down for about 10 years now, but we've had plenty of time where we have been nationally and locally relevant....unlike most lower P5 jobs that are coming open.
