at practice the day after a loss due to missed free throws, our coach made us get into small groups around each goal in the gym and shoot free throws in sets of 10, he walked around with a belt and for every missed free throw in each set he would make us bend over and grab our ankles and give us a lash for each miss, didn't really hurt but it was in view of the cheerleaders and dance team that were working out in the foyer of the gym, he did it to try and humiliate us, fun times!

My coach treated us to The Marble Slab (ice cream shop) because I punched a guy in the kidney from the opposing team going for a breakaway layup that would have won them the game at the buzzer. They got 4 shots and missed all of them. We won.
