Embassy Suites offers free cooked to order breakfast every morning and celebrates a happy hour every evening. Parking is free and in a good area with many restaurant choices nearby. Rooms are suites and have a separate living and bedroom quarters.
Hilton downtown is nice, but parking is a challenge. No real freebies here unless you are a Gold or Diamond member.
I shy away from Hampton Inn. Why? There breakfast is microwaved garbage and only slightly less expensive than Embassy Suites.
Same goes for Homewood Suites as well.

I pretty much agree with everything that Will Cover posted. I generally stay at Hilton brands for the points and generally chose the Garden Inns when I can. Since I don't see one of those in BR, I would opt for the Embassy Suites (though I haven't stayed at the one on Constitution).
