To send pictures yes. But 17 is the age of consent in Louisiana. So if no pictures were sent then no law would have been broken.

Neither has Yenni been. I'm not sure if his investigation is over but it would seem late in the game for a charge to come out now given that everyone knows the details.
Also if anything I guess it shows how much a politician can get away with in the legal world.
