Along with everything else you'll need to fix everything. If you own a home, you should learn how to DIY. Expect the plumer to make a profit just like any other business you buy shite from.

If it's just the grout that's cracked and or missing in spots, then it likely just needs to be regrouted. If the tiles are cracked then that could be a bigger issue, but not necessarily.
Without seeing it, it's hard to say how much you'll have to tear out to fix any rotten wood behind the shower. But I'm sure OP can fix that to save money.
Buy the material pay a sub (insured) $2sqft to do the job
