So here's the question, what if Alleva had simply taken the week off, stayed at home, put his feet up and poured himself a few cold-ones? Where would this thing currently stand?

And in your same hypothetical world what if Alleva came out with a more aggressive public stance from the onset and areas around Gainesville got absolutely slammed(which areas within an hour or so drive DID) . In this day of everyone getting offended he gets crucified. He's come out and firmly stated we did desperately want to play and tried to make it happen. If the sec won't back him up what can he do??
