Go lord there are some people with great vacation days in here.
I'm salary and get 5.5 hours of PTO per pay check (twice a month). Friday's are work from home days. During my busy months I work 60+ hour weeks, but when I'm slow I maybe only put in 30 hours. So I take vacation then and just get my work done at the beginning of the week and don't use PTO the other part of the week.

This. I don't see how people keep up, if they actually used that much. I dread seeing my email after 1 day off.
