Several months ago in the LP, someone in this truck passed me on the interstate using the right shoulder. No joke. I still want to punch that guy in the face.

Years ago had an habitual abuser of this idea on I-20 headed toward Haughton. Happened every day for months. Then he disappeared. Wonder why?
