Dynasty league trade question

Would you trade Lamar miller for either jordy Nelson or Demaryius Thomas, if so which one..

No. Lamar Miller is in a great situation. A lot of your RBs may not be around or be worth much next year or very soon. AP, Forte, and Gore are all nearing their expiration dates for RBs. Howard is a good building block. Hill is meh. CJ is a stash, but probably droppable.
You have more long term talent at WR. OBJ will be fine, long term. Watkins will hopefully heal up and come back next year (or later this year). Fitz is old, but is still producing - might get another year or few out of him. Parker might be coming into his own. Floyd will hopefully right the ship. Williams, Doctson, Bryant are all young lottery tickets.
I'd stay put.
