I smoked for 20 years and quit cold turkey 29 years ago. One of the best things I ever did. Quit those damn things!

I smoked about that long. You feel crappy for three days. It is not bad after that. But like sobriety, remember HALT.

You have to pay attention to your emotions and feeling for a couple of months. Starting back is usually associated with your negative emotions. The cravings only lasted about six months. No one loved smoking more than me. I don't have a ton of discipline. If I can do it anyone can. God Bless you man!!!
