In state? Not really. But the B1G schools do seem to poach eachothers in-state talent a lot more than the SEC.
The only school that can compete with Ohio State instate for a kid they really want is Notre Dame and that's just for the Catholic school kids.
What is happening in Ohio is that Ohio State is recruiting nationally and only taking the cream of the crop from Ohio which is opening doors for other schools.
Michigan has also historically gotten some kids who either grew up Wolverine fans or were (in their minds) spurned by the Buckeyes.
