Michigan? Well that's just assinine...USC is at least debateable but with the $ and facilities I believe LSU edges out USC. USC is not the premier thing to do in LA.

USC was huge in popularity in the Pete Carroll era. Had celebs on the sidelines of practices, Coliseum was packed and roaring.
eta - Just because it's not the ONLY thing to do in LA doesn't mean the fans aren't rabid when they are relevant.
