I would think most real Americans would be for upholding our Constitutional rights and not side with anyone over-stepping their bounds. to our collective detriment..be it CEO's or Corps or Cops. Didn't we fight against tyranny? Didn't we set up rights to protect against tyranny?

You can't search my vehicle over a traffic stop for speeding.

Arrest me for what?

Do you want to be arrested? Because we will arrest you and you will spend the night in jail for ignoring the commands of an officer.

(That happens everyday...police don't care and mostly don't know about Constitutional law; they make street decisions and don't worry about breaking the law.)

What is the average person to do if everything is being ignored top to bottom?

The people against these public protests have been saying, just let the cop search your car, let him do what he wants...if you aren't a criminal, why should you care? That's the most ignorant deplorable anti-American sentiment of recent brainwashing.

If you don't stand up for the framers and later safe-guards enacted - how are you really American at all? Illegal search and seizure, probable cause, imminent threat death or gross bodily harm, etc.

Apparently not many of the above apply anymore. All things can be searched on threat of arrest, probable cause is denying the cops a right they don't have and imminent threat of death is - the suspect moved quickly grabbing for his Slurpee.
