I know that question has an obvious answer, it was asked to start a discussion more than anything. It has more to do with the actual numbers. To be honest, I didn't expect the numbers to be what they are.
People will argue that blacks only make up 13% of the US population, yet 25% are killed by police, but you can argue that police are not necessarily targeting a certain race.
