My brother is finished up in LSU in NO. I was shocked at how competitive it is to get in... Class size of about 35 and only two programs in the state.

Fairly lucrative job. Wife owned her own clinic until last year when she sold it. Was hiring worthless G.A (Generation Attitude) right out of school in the high 50's.
