I have a feeling that Jimbo is already the HC at FSU, for all intent and purpose, and they are just letting Bowden go out on his timetable rather than force him out, out of respect due him for his career. Why else would you give an OC a 2.5mil buyout?

Somebody has to run that program. No way Bobby B. can work those hours and that's why Jimbo will be the highest paid assistant in college ball next year.
From a recruiting standpoint, the deal is a good idea. Other than that, I'm not so sure.
