Honestly, I've had great experiences with U Verse.

I've only had to call a tech out a couple times and they fixed the problems on the spot. I've had U Verse for 4 years. I've had my cell phone with AT&T since they were Cingular - 2002.

I don't hate AT&T. I just haven't had the bad experiences others have, I guess. Plus, when I call and they see how long I've been a customer, shite gets done.


Eta: but I got my Note 7 in 2 days before the recall. I'm waiting for it to explode on me.

This landline has the original and only ever number assigned to the property once lines were 1st run and service made available in this area. My grandparents original party-line number (not only the property been in family multiple generations (since 1867) so has the telephone number [approximately since 1947])

My issue with them was the throttle of unlimited data. My service was shite. After a few years I finally caved and gave up the grandfathered unlimited to switch to Verizon. I was regretting it at first but the past 2-3 years with Verizon have been issue free. With AT&T I lost service at home regularly yet with Verizon I can facetime in Tigerstadium with no interference.
