comfortable with laws saying everything is a okay.

Show me the exact law saying if a person has a melanin content of X amount he is subject to these things as an American citizen, but a person with a melanin count exceeding XY can only have these things as an American citizen. Show me a valid law that states this.

Has this country had a past where POC were treated unfairly? My God yes. Are there still racist pricks in this country? Yes, but for the most part they are few and modern culture treats them like retards and wish they would stf up.

Drop the frickin empirical BS, the MF'n emperor is black. You point to historical shite that no one will argue with, but then you lump all white people together like empirical shite in the past hasn't caused transgressions against most races, ethnicities, and religions.

Live in the now, stop pointing to things in the past that can't be fixed and focus on the present. What today has to be fixed to make the plane level, in your eyes?

How can I deny data? How can I deny that black patients are prescribed pain meds at a significantly less rate than white patients? And that there is likely a historical tie to the perception that black slaves felt less pain than others. I'm reading an old civil war book about black soldiers...and the same med problems / stereotypes about black people exist and manifest today .

How can I deny that black TODDLERS get punished and suspended more severely than white toddlers.

How can I deny that banks give out less loans and higher interest rates to black applicants? Especially when banks have a history of STIFLING BLACK ECONOMIC PROGRESS?

I could literally go on and on, and this is factual stuff. And this continues to this day. That is disenfranchisement within equality.
